When do you ship?
Transporters like UPS, Fedex, Canpar and Purolator are coming every day for a pickup to our facility from Monday to Friday so if you’re doing an order, you can be sure we want to ship it to you the fastest we can for you to enjoy it sooner!

From where the product is shipped?
All the warehouse for the Xtrike Me product line are in Canada and can easily be shipped to the U.S. & Canadians customers. Part of this is to be able to ship fast and to be efficient as much as we can.

Do you use Quality Control?
Quality control is a must in a company and consists of a process by the Xtrike Me team review the quality of all factors involved in the production of the product. As part of quality management, another check is always done before the product is shipped to our customers.

What is your Privacy Policy?
We are highly committed on protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors, and ensuring the highest levels of security and confidentiality of their information. We created this privacy policy in order to help express this commitment.
We absolutely protect our visitors' and customers' information, and do not disclose it to third parties.
